congrats to the comets on another loser season. maybe next year right? wait a minute, we said that last year and the year before that. what a great program we have

Why don't they let players go both offense and defense? Some athletes could be very beneficial going both ways.

CometPride the answer is simple. Asheboro doesnt care about a winning program. First off, Dee Bulla as the athletic director should explain it all. This guy hasnt had a winning season since he played little league in the 50s. And out of all the head coaches to choose from, he picks a guy from Ledford. What a waste of 3 seasons. We've had great coaches and players come through our area, and the result is always the same. They have a winning season and leave. Wonder whos running these good ones off. Wake up Asheboro! You have a cancer in the athletic dept thats spreading. None of these guys know what it takes to win football games. Looking like a coach and being one are two different things, as you can see by these terrible seasons year after year. Im fed up with losing. You should all be ashamed

Asheboro has a nice field and pretty uniforms though. Maybe that is what matters most.

It is a shame that we are in the playoffs and we have kids that have quit because they don't want to play anymore. Something is definitely wrong with this.

Wow.. I'm glad that I'm not the only one that feels this way! The problem is that we have a leader that's doesn't know how to lead! This coach has sucked the heart & spirit out of this team.. A coach is suppose to believe in his team!! How many loosing seasons before someone will step in & make a change???

People of Asheboro, you have run off so many good coaches in the past 15 years it is crazy. You have run off Dubis, Brown, just to name a few. Here is a hint people it is not 1960 anymore. Asheboro is not the same and you guys are getting what you deserve. Go ahead run off another good coach blast him on the internet, you guys are like watching retards screw a football. Get a grip
