Randleman vs Trinity Baseball PAC-6 Semifinals

The Rnadleman Tigers shutout the Trinity Bulldogs 6-0 in the first semifinal of the PAC-6 baseball tournament on Tuesday. The Tigers led 1-0 after the first inning. Both teams went scoreless in the second and third innings before the Tigers broke open the game in the bottom of the fourth. Randleman put five runs on the board in the bottom of the fourth. Neither team would score during the final two and a half innings. Chase Webb pitched six innings for the Tigers and fanned six batters, while Gunnar Gantt pitched the seventh inning. Mason Matthews finished 2-for-3 at the plate with 1 run scored and 1 RBI. Johnny Wagner and Cole McCrary shared the pitching duties for the Bulldogs. The Tigers will face the Eastern Randolph Wildcats in the championship game on Wednesday.
