Southwestern Randolph vs Greater Cabarrus Stallions Baseball

The Southwestern Randolph Cougars earned a 6-3 win over the Greater Cabarrus Stallions on Monday in their opening game of the Copperhead Classic at McCrary Park. The Cougars fell behind 2-0 after the first inning, but the Cougars would tie in the second after a double from Bryce Marsh, a single from Garrett Brewer, and sacrifice fly from winning pitcher Nate Ray. Southwestern Randolph would load the base during the inning. The Cougars took the lead in the fourth after a couple of runs and then added one more in the fifth from Carson Clapp.
