Southwestern Randolph vs North Forsyth Softball

The Lady Cougars of Southwestern Randolph earned back to back wins over North Forsyth in a varsity softball doubleheader on Tuesday. In game one, the Cougars earned a 15-0 win behind Terra Lewallen who picked up the pitching win. Samantha Lagrama, Heaven Maness, and Emily Johnson each went 3-for-4 at the plate. Lagrama picked up 4 RBIs, while Johnson and Rebecca Lovett each picked up 3.

In game two, the Cougars won 20-0. Maness once again went 3-for4 at the plate with 2 RBIs, while Lagrama finished 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs. Autumn Springer earned the pitching win after throwing a no-hitter and fanning 8 batters. Shayna Ritter went 2-for-3 at the plate with 5 RBIs. SWR is now 7-1 in conference play and 11-2 overall on the season.
